If you’re looking to shop, Rumors Boutique located on West Broad St is a great location! Rumors is owned by two women, Casey Longyear and Marshe Wyche, who opened the store in 2007 on a dollar and a dream. The store aimed to offer locally designed items with some international influences. After a year of business, the store switched their focused to vintage and became Richmond’s first thrift boutique. They sell second hand clothes and business has been coming ever since. They even expanded to Chapel Hill, NC.
