TGIF! Yet another week has come and gone. Now that we’re in Charlottesville, we have new fitness opportunities to make for a fun and fit weekend. Postpone your typical weekend workout and check out Jump Trampoline Park. Trampolines aren’t just for kids!

It is a 20,000 square foot facility with wall and floor trampolines, a foam pit and dodge ball court. Jump is the perfect work or school week stress reliever; you won’t even realize you’re working out because you will be having such a blast!

Jump is open from 10 a.m.- 11 p.m. Friday; 9 a.m.- 11 p.m. Saturday; and noon- 8 p.m. Sunday. There are various jump sessions you can choose from, but 1 hour of jumping is $12.

Incorporate some fitness into your weekend festivities! Loud music and a guaranteed good time can be found during Saturday Night Jams which lasts from 9- 11 p.m. and costs $20/person. This is a great (and healthy!) alternative to a standard night at the bar.

Be sure to wear workout attire as this is an intense cardio workout that requires proper “jumping” clothes. You also need to wear socks, so make sure you pack a pair!

Walk-in entry is on a first come first serve basis, so plan ahead with your friends what time you want to go. We recommend reserving your tickets in advance from their website so you’re guaranteed entry. You could make it a morning outing: jump then get [well deserved] scrumptious bagels at one of the Bodo’s Bagels shops.
